年末年始の「食べ過ぎ」になりやすい状況の中、素晴らしい結果でした。（注意）このTry版は、リバウンドを乗り越える「ワザ」まで行っていません。

しかし、ご自分で得た健康行動を続ければ、リバンドを乗り越え、さらに減量が期待できますよ！

I thank for the participation from the foreign countries.

It is a program of “Try Be-Smart” of one month. I limit a period and raise it. The one lived in abroad can participate. I recommend it to Japanese people resident in foreign countries in particular. Please realize a dieting method of new approach. I begin the ・ … Recruiting Now　to start on Junary 25.

I closed it in December. There was in total eight application from one of Brazil Hawaii Cairo and Frankfurt. They　are stimulated　forward a diet now. I’ll tell in this homepage about progress of the group count sequentially.

Having the PC that there is environment of the Japanese the one that there is by residence abroad is in particular recommended.
